PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Courageous Inclusion™ inspires leaders (managers and individuals) to become more inclusive by shifting their mindset. The program challenges their perspective, encourages them to embrace differences, and value fairness for all. As a result, learners gain the skills to help create an environment where coworkers feel appreciated and connected, increasing effectiveness of people and teams, and improving organizational performance. It is also ideal for repairing low-trust environments.
Courageous Inclusion™ is the product of a partnership between The Ken Blanchard Companies and Jennifer Brown, author of How to Be an Inclusive Leader and founder and CEO of Jennifer Brown Consulting, a certified woman- and LGBT-owned global diversity and inclusion consulting firm. Jennifer’s workplace strategies have been employed by some of the world’s top Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits.
